RESIDENTIAL DESIGN AGREEMENT

This arrangement between Rosa Cucchia Interiors and Mr. & Mrs. Smith is for Interior Design and renovation at 1234 Oak Lane, Hometown, U.S.A.

1. Design Fee: A fee of $150.00 per hour will be charged for Ms. Cucchia's time spent in above mentioned project will be billed as follows: A non-refundable initial 10 hours due at on set of project. Additional hours spent will be billed at 5 hour intervals or monthly. Time spent may include onsite or offsite design preparation, space planning, drawings, shopping with or without client present, consultations with clients, architects and contractor's etc.
2. Pricing: Client will be charged for purchases as follows: Designers cost plus 25% to be extended to client for furniture, window treatments and fabrics, carpeting, artwork, accessories and contractor's work. Travel time will be charged at 1/4 hourly fee.
3. Billing procedures: A deposit of designer's net is required when ordering. Freight, shipping and delivery charges will be billed to client as RCI is invoiced.
4. Cancellations: There will be no refunds for cancellation of custom order items. Refunds for cancellations of any other merchandise will depend on the return policy of the manufacturer. A cancellation fee will be charged when applicable.
5. RCI reserves the right to photograph design projects at various stages of completion.
